Thank you Miriam. This past year I feel like I’ve lost a bit of myself with all the stress and mundane daily tasks. I need to get my body moving again and get back to my roots.

Don't force anything. Be gentle with yourself and listen to what your body and soul need. We've lived through something incredibly stressful and traumatic while also dealing with our personal ups and downs; it takes time to recover from it all. Thanks for reading!

Thank you dear Liz. I'm thinking of you often when I'm out in nature, of everything you teach about embracing the seasons and appreciating it all, darkness and stillness included. I used to resent them, which isn't helpful. This way is better 💚
